Has the glorification of “busy” in our society have you strung out and stressed out? Realign your body, mind and heart in order to amplify from the inside out & the outside in. Join Kilkenny, Mindfulness & Alignment expert, for this one-of-a-kind dive into the art of attention as you embody various mindfulness techniques throughout your alignment based yoga practice because how you do what you do matters! This 90 minute asana class will be infused with a smattering of inspiring teachings and tales from meditative traditions (i.e. Zen, Tantric, Advaita Vendantic more..) to recalibrate your psyche in addition to your body. Creative mindfulness/yogic techniques will be peppered throughout so you will leave with some more tools in your arsenal of practices to integrate into your day-to-day life both on and off your mat including breathwork, mantra, mudra and more. This all levels class will be a delight for both the beginner student to the most experienced asana practitioner who want to explore how to incorporate Mindfulness into their day-to-day life and yogic practices while diving deeply into excellence of form & action, mindfulness on the mat.


All Levels/Appropriate for Beginners w/no major injuries.
